Setting up an account with us is optional, you can choose Guest Checkout if you do not want to have account with us. If you choose Guest Checkout your data will be deleted immediately after the order will be completed and ready to be despatched.

When you order with us, we ask for information which we need to process your order. These are:

Because we do not have our own servers our website is kept on servers which belong to the hosting company -, however they do not have direct access to your personal information.

Terms and conditions of use


We accept only payment via PayPal.


Your order will be delivered to any UK or selected European residential address provided by you. Our products are sent via Royal Mail standard second class service. If you prefer different service please let us know before placing an order. Additional charges may apply. 

All items, except made for order, will be dispatched within 2 working days. Standard delivery takes 2-5 working days. Items made for order should be dispatched within 5 working days.

We will send you an e-mail confirming that your order has been dispatched.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations 

If for any reason you are not happy with a purchased product please notify us within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment, return the goods to us and we will arrange either a refund or an exchange. Post and packaging costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

If you wish to cancel your order after purchase you can do so until product will be dispatched.

We cannot accept cancellations of orders (once the product has been made), returns or exchanges for products which are made for order, unless faulty.

All items must be in a reasonable condition prior to their return. Items cannot be damaged, washed or altered.

Please allow 10 working days from the receipt of a returns parcel for us to process your return. Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

An exchange will be processed subject to stock availability, if an item is unavailable at the time your return is processed, a refund will be processed.
